There is no wrong or right way to respond to the questions and you can answer them in whatever order you prefer. It’s your truth about your pleasure, just be as honest as you can and give as much detail as you feel comfortable with. If you find a question too difficult, just move on. You can either go back to the question later or simply miss out that question entirely. You are not obliged to answer all of the questions. Whilst the answers can be as long or short as you like, we’d suggest that you set aside an hour or two to really engage openly and honestly with the questionnaire.

When you’re ready, add your answers beneath each question and when you’re happy that you’ve finished, hit ‘submit.’ Your story will then be moderated and reviewed by the editor before publication on the site. Remember, your identity will never be published.
